Shipping policy
Juicers, Grain Mills, Hydraulic Press:
Free UPS Ground Shipping for Contiguous 48 States. Shipping will be calculated for other States and Canada.
Parts and Accessories:
UPS or USPS Shipping will be calculated.
Other Shipping Fee options are available to expedite your shipment for quicker shipping.
Standard Processing
- Please note, we are unable to ship any juicers or oil extractor orders (excluding parts) to P.O. box addresses. If your order is placed with a P.O. box address, please be advised that we may need to cancel your order.
- Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (if not the same day). Once shipped, the expected delivery lead time is 2-5 business days.
- Sana USA reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within 1-4 business days.
- All juicer and oil extractor orders (excludes part orders) require a signature upon delivery. Be advised that we can not be responsible for the lost item that's delivered without the signature requirement.
Address Change
- Currently, we cannot change your address after the order is received. If you find any error in the address, please immediately email us at help@sanausa.com so we can help you cancel the order and then you can re-order with the new address.
Canceling an Order
- You can request to cancel your order by calling us at help@sanausa.com before the order is processed. However, once the order is processed and sent for fulfillment, we are not able to cancel or redirect your shipment. You will be responsible for any intercept free if you still need to request to cancel your order while the shipment is in transit. If you were not able to cancel and need to return your order, please refer to our Return Policy.
Tracking Your Packages
- You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.
- If you do not receive tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, please email help@sanausa.com for your tracking.
- To ensure you are receiving all our transactional emails, please add help@sanausa.com to your white list.
