Sana Milling System GF Kit

Sana's interchangeable inserts enable a single Sana grain mill to grind different materials without cross-contamination. The set includes replacement upper and lower milling stones as well as the silicone chamber liner (or "insert").

Using this accessory set, your Sana grain mill can be used with gluten-containing products (wheat, for example) using the original stones and liner, then after switching stones and liner the same mill can grind a gluten-free product (rice, for example) without getting any gluten in the that flour.

The switching process takes only about a minute after the first couple of times. If you prepare food for people with special dietary needs, Sana's interchangeable milling insert multiplies the value of your Sana grain mill.
