Since the oil in the orange peel is very sour, you will want to peel it first and discard the peel. I prefer to cut the peel off, leaving as much as the pith (the white part) in place. There are as many vitamins in the white pith as there is in the main part of the orange. Cut off the top, cut off the bottom, cut down the sides to remove the skin. Discard the top, bottom, and skin pieces. Wedge the orange, keeping the seeds in the wedges. You can juice the seeds.
