Celery season is here! It’s time to take advantage of the nutrition and versatility this vegetable can offer. And, with this recipe, you can spice up your celery juice by adding just three ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 4 celery stalks
- 2 curly parsley stalk
- 1 pear
- 1/2 ginger
Instructions:
- Wash celery and parsley well
- Cut pear into pieces.
- Juice alternately all ingredients together.
Tips for juicing celery:
- Make sure you clean your celery first as there is often dirt in between the stalks
- Cut off the bottom and discard
- If you are using the Sana 727 Supreme Juicer, you can insert full stalks into the juicer
- For vertical juicers, we recommend you pre-cut the celery stalks into three sections before placing them into their juicer as the celery strings will wrap around the auger and inhibit the functionality of the juicer
- If your celery does not seem crisp, soak the celery in some cold water to refresh it.
